2013 Best Builders & Remodelers
Memphis Magazine, January 2013

In 2009, the July issue of At Home Tennessee Magazine featured Archer Custom Builders colorful renovation of the Ronald McDonald House.

One of Archer Custom Builders’ magnificent river bluff builds, the contemporary Waddell Residence, was highlighted in an episode of Southern Homes and Lifestyles (below).

Soon after Archer Custom Builders completed the acclaimed Woodard Residence in 2006, the home appeared in an article in the March 2006 At Home Tennessee Magazine. It received accolades from numerous other publications as well. In 2007, the January/February edition of Midsouth Magazine called the home “spectacular” and “breathtaking.” The 2008 April/May issue of Hardwood Floors stated, “The Woodard home has become a contemporary ideal for houses in the area, not only for its masterful use of design, but also for its incorporation of regional and sustainable materials.” The project was also featured in an episode of Midsouth Magazine (below).

The 2005 July/August edition of At Home Magazine highlighted Archer Custom Builders’ historic renovation of an 80-year old, classic midtown Memphis home, the Bell-Henslee Residence.

Archer Custom Builders was awarded the 2005 Builders Choice Design and Planning Merit Award for the Hayden Residence.

In 2004, the May edition of At Home In Memphis Magazine made Archer Custom Builders’ Harbor Town project, the Hayden Residence, the cover feature. In 2005, the September issue of Better Homes and Gardens Magazine described Hayden’s house as “unique,” “modern,” “light-filled,” and “attractive.” The same year, the home made appearances in the July/August issue of Memphis Magazine and the October issue of BuilderMagazine.
